Assassin
She’s
an assassin. Not by choice or skill. But through manipulation and coercion she’s
been forced to become a murderer. Sayris kills whoever she’s ordered to, and
spends the rest of her life under supervision in practical imprisonment. There was
no hope for her, nothing better except death—a path she was too terrified to
take. That was before everything changed. Before she lived in freedom, before
she felt acceptance, before she found hope. But is the change even real? Just
temporary? Or an illusion covering something even more terrible than her life
before?

Her previous
life was torn for her grasp, leaving her nothing but memories and scars. Now,
she’s being punished for the action that shattered her life by being exiled to
Xaos, the prison planet. Bitter, angry, and trying to find her feet in the
unknown, Lexia pushes away everyone. But when she stumbles upon the person responsible
for ruining her life, she’s called to help stop him. Her weakness, pride and
the circumstances create impossible odds and time is running short.
